In 2006, JOC acquired the Qualification Certificate of Overseas Project Contracting and the Certificate (Grade A) for International Bidding Organization. Both were awarded by the Department of Commerce, and the Certificate (Grade A) for Government Procurement Intermediary In The People’s Republic of China was awarded by the Ministry of Finance.
