In 2006, JOC acquired the Qualification Certificate of Overseas Project Contracting, the Certificate (Grade A) for International Bidding Organization the Certificate (Grade A) for Government Procurement Intermediary in the People’s Republic of China. The former two certificates were awarded by the Department of Commerce, and the latter by the Ministry of Finance.
