Since the company’s inception, JOC Group has played an essential role in the import of goods into the China and the Jiangsu region. In the period from 2001 to 2008 alone, the group imported goods and materials worth in excess of 4.6 billion US dollars.
In supporting China’s strong domestic growth, JOC imports a wide range of items, with a particular focus on equipment and raw and processed materials.
Equipment imported includes industrial and commercial products, such as textile machinery, vessel equipment and building products, plus municipal supplies including city transportation, medical equipment and governmental infrastructure.
Jiangsu province’s impressive manufacturing output also means JOC must meet the high demand for raw and processed materials; steel, iron sand, chemical and textile raw materials, timber, and chemical intermediates are just some of the materials our company sources for local Chinese industry.
