President Huang Hongliang received the foreign principal of Turks Caicos Islands Project
On 5th January 2010, President Huang Hongliang received the foreign principal of Turks Caicos Islands Project - Mr. ARIE TSIDON.
Mr. Arie Tsidon is an important partner of JOC Foreign Economic Company for the Turks Caicos Islands service project. The purpose of his visit to JOC was to discuss the cooperation plans in 2010 and the future cooperation intentions of both sides.
President Huang Hongliang introduced the foreign side JOC and its operations in 2009, having a wide range of communication aimed at future service project cooperation. Both sides agreed that: First, only when both sides take on correspondent duties and carry out correspondent obligation that there will be a win-win situation. Second, the working period of architectural service projects and minimum pay should be further specified and detailed when signing contracts in future to avoid impractical compromise. Third, the commission for middlemen cannot be paid one-time, and a specific monthly payment system and model should be made to avoid the problems exposed in this financial crisis.
The foreign side thought highly of the staff supplied by JOC’s Foreign Economic Company and the cooperation between them.
