On 19th October 2009, JOC and the Nanjing Branch of China Merchants Bank, signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Nanjing. JOC president, Huang Hongliang, presided over the cooperation signing ceremony where JOC director Yang Dawei and Nanjing Branch president Jinyi, addressed and signed the "Strategic Cooperation Agreement" on behalf of the respective parties
Before the signing ceremony, leaders of both sides gave a brief introduction to their own business areas and future development ideas. JOC expressed sincere thanks to Nanjing Branch for the flexible, numerous financial products, high quality and effective financial services they provided, and expressed the will of further cooperation with China Merchants Bank.
JOC and Nanjing Branch of China Merchants Bank will expand all-round cooperation in many areas, such as comprehensive credit, cash management, international, investment bank, inside and outside linkage and offshore financial businesses. This cooperation agreement signing means both sides will further strengthen the cooperation between banks and companies, promote their own business, develop rapidly and healthily, and certainly at the same time, push our cooperation to a new level on depth and extent on the principle of mutual benefits in a win-win situation.
