President Huang Attending Overseas Labor Service Seminar
Jun. 29th, to Jul. 1st, 2010, Mr. Huang Hongliang, president of JOC, attended the Japan Skilled-worker Internship System Seminar organized by the China International Contractors Association. Two major topics were the explanation of the new regulations on skilled-worker’s internship system in Japan, and the work conference on the construction of bases for overseas labor service.
